Are your products available for viewing in a physical store?
Currently, we operate as an online store only. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, high-quality images, and videos to help you make informed decisions.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our website, and choose the desired items. Then contact us to check the delivery fee. If you're ready to pay, we will send you the payment link including the delivery. You pay on the website and we will send you the PI (Proforma Invoice) to confirm the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Sorry, the prices do not include delivery fees. The shipping cost will vary according to the address, furniture size, and service required, please contact customer service for the exact amount, we will base it on the billing standards of mainstream logistics companies and will not charge extra service fees if a refund is made due to the lack of prior consultation on shipping costs, the customer will bear the handling fee. The delivery fee refers to routine delivery. We only deliver to the nearest curb to your address, like outside your house or apartment. If you need white glove service (moving into the room or unpacking, etc.), please inform us in advance or negotiate the fee with the logistics company (we will not actively ask the customer).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the items. Generally, standard delivery takes around 7-10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer around 45 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
